Cancellation Policy
BOOKING POLICY To secure your event, all bookings must be made through our online booking system. A confirmation email will be sent once your reservation is submitted. Cancellations: You may cancel your event free of charge up to 72 hours before the scheduled start time. Cancellations made within 72 hours of the event will incur a $50 cancellation fee. Rescheduling: You may reschedule your event once at no cost if requested more than 72 hours in advance. Rescheduling requests made within 72 hours may be treated as a cancellation and charged the $50 fee. Arrival & Setup: We arrive 1 hour before your scheduled event for setup. If applicable: Please ensure the event space is accessible and ready for equipment setup at that time. Payment: Full payment is due at the time of booking unless otherwise arranged. Your booking is not confirmed until payment is received. Equipment & Space Requirements: Clients are responsible for providing a safe and accessible space for all equipment. Any damages to equipment caused by misuse may result in additional charges. By booking with us, you agree to the terms outlined in this policy.
